Jalapeño Poppers with Cream Cheese and Bacon
Ingredients:
- Jalapeño peppers
- Cream cheese
- Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (to taste)
- Bacon slices
- Toothpicks
Instructions:
- Prepare the Peppers:
- Cut the tops off the jalapeño peppers.
- Remove the seeds from inside each pepper.
- Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Hidden Valley Ranch Mix to taste and mix well.
- Stuff the Peppers:
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño pepper.
- Wrap and Secure:
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each stuffed pepper.
- Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick.
- Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
