Chicken and Corn Noodle Soup

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Pinch of saffron
- ¼ cup diced celery
- 2 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
- ½ lb noodles (your favorite type)
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients:
In a large pot, combine the chicken, water, chicken broth, corn, salt, pepper, saffron, celery, and parsley. - Bring to a Boil:
Set the pot over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil. - Add Noodles:
Once boiling, stir in the noodles. - Cook Until Tender:
